Join Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj for a fun-filled Sunday at Battery Park as history is made with the canonization of Mother Teresa.
The events commence officially at 4 a.m. where a celebratory mass will be simulcast from Rome at the Battery Gardens. Festivities will begin at noon and run until 8 p.m. where attendees can expect live entertainment, dancing, games, as well as food and giveaways for the entire family, ultimately leading up to the unveiling of the newest addition to the park, the Statue of Mother Teresa.
