The FBI/NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force is looking to identify and interview the two men in the photo regarding the Chelsea bombing case on September 17, 2016. These individuals are not wanted at this time.

The NY Post reported that the two men had been caught on surveillance video in front of 131 West 27th Street removing the improvised explosive device from a duffel bag and then leaving with the luggage between 8 p.m. and 9 pm., according to authorities.

Law enforcement officials say that the bomber Ahmad Khan Rahami can be seen placing the luggage where cops later found the unexploded bomb. After he walks away, the video shows the two men removing a white garbage bag — containing the pressure cooker — and leaving it on the sidewalk before walking away.

One was wearing a button-down dress shirt and the other an orange polo.
