Sixto Aquino Garcia, who works near the scene of the crash, explained, “There’s always a lot of close calls here, even me. I came out of Dunkin’ Donuts and stepped in the street once and a car almost hit me.”

Garcia believes a stop sign or a flashing yellow light at the busy intersection could only help.
Police say no charges have been filed against the unidentified driver who stopped and remained at the scene, and continue to investigate the crash as well as search for the two drivers who allegedly fled the scene.
