New York City Council Member Andy King (12th District/Bronx) will deliver the 2017 State of the 12th District Address on Sunday, March 12, at 3 p.m., at North Bronx Seventh Day Adventist Church, 3743 Bronxwood Ave., Bronx, where he will report on the status of City Council 12th District and outline his agenda and priorities for the coming year and beyond, which includes job and economic opportunities, housing developments, health initiatives, programs for youth and community beautification projects. In addition, Council Member King will honor 12 “Women of Excellence.”
