“Celebrating diversity and culture in the borough”
On Saturday, July 29, 2017, The Westchester Square BID along with Council Member James Vacca, the Bharati Dance Academy and several Community Groups will be hosting the 5th Annual Bollywood in The Bronx, celebrating diversity and culture in the borough.
The event is free and open to the public.
Bharati Kemraj will serve as the emcee and Stylistic DJ’s Service will kick off the afternoon with great music followed several performances showcasing the Indian and Caribbean Culture.
The Bharati Dance Academy will perform at the 5th Annual Bollywood in The Bronx, celebrating diversity and culture in the borough.
It will be an unforgettable afternoon dedicated to the beautiful art which is Bollywood including Performances, Belly Dancers, Singers, Tassa Group, Bomba Players and Poems. There will also be an ongoing walking/reading tour of the Indian and Caribbean Culture.
