Chairman Crowley Statement on Rosh Hashanah
(Washington, DC) – House Democratic Caucus Chairman Joe Crowley (D-NY) issued the following statement in celebration of Rosh Hashanah, which begins today at sundown:
“L’Shanah Tovah to all those celebrating in Queens, the Bronx, and across the country. Rosh Hashanah is a time for reflection, repentance, and renewal. It is also a time to look forward to all the possibilities a new year might hold. Let us join in the hope that this Rosh Hashanah will bring peace and prosperity to all corners of the globe. As Jewish families in America and around the world come together to celebrate this evening, I send them my best wishes for a joyous year.”
