Fans Are Encouraged to Continue to Assist by Donating Supplies at New Rochelle Steiner Warehouse
New York Yankees all-time great Mariano Rivera and Basketball Wives reality star Evelyn Lozada joined Steiner Sports Marketing and its CEO Brandon Steiner on Thursday, September 28 to assist the relief efforts for victims of the recent natural disasters that have ravaged Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Caribbean. Fans poured in with supplies to assist, and had the chance to meet the popular duo as sports and entertainment joined forces for the less fortunate.
“Wonderful job today,” said Rivera, the former star closer. “People were coming and giving. That is what we want, we want people to come and give.”
Said Lozada, whose parents are from Puerto Rico, but was born in New York: “I was starting to feel helpless. I was asking what are we going to do. That is why I am here.”
Fans are participated by dropping off the supplies listed to the Steiner Warehouse loading dock at 10 Cedar Street in New Rochelle, NY. Supplies still being accepted include: bottled water, non-perishable food, toothbrushes and toothpaste, medical supplies (band-aids, aspirin, alcohol and hand sanitizer), soap, feminine hygiene products, batteries, and portable lamps.
The effort continues Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Signs at the loading dock will direct fans to the “Steiner Sports Natural Disaster Supply Drop Off.”

The Drop-Off location is directly across the street from the Toyota dealership.
