Public Invited to ‘Haunted Cells’ Tour at 42nd Precinct

The NYPD invited the general public to visit the 42nd Precincts Halloween Haunted Cells on 10-31-17, at 830 Washington Avenue. Officials warned that no one under 12 years of age, those who suffer from epilepsy or pregnant women would be admitted. The Haunted Cells tour actually opened a night early for friends and family members of the NYPD.
