10:00 AM – First Lady Chirlane McCray holds a press conference about promoting mental health in the black community. Tweed Courthouse, Manhattan.

11:00 AM – Governor Cuomo holds briefing with Governor Rosselló and the New York Congressional Delegation. CUNY Graduate Center. 365 5th Avenue, Manhattan.

1:00 PM — Comptroller Scott M. Stringer delivers remarks at rally for Elizabeth Street Garden. City Hall Steps

1:30 PM -— Stated Meeting of the NY City Council. Council Chambers, City Hall, Manhattan. 

6:00 PM — Comptroller Stringer attends Detectives Endowment Association Holiday Party. Battery Gardens, 1 Battery Place, Manhattan.

7:00 PM — Comptroller Stringer delivers remarks at Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal Holiday Party. Hargrave House, 111 West 71st Street, Manhattan.

7:00 PM – Mayor Bill de Blasio will appear on NY1’s Inside City Hall with Errol Louis. Inside City Hall also airs at 10:00 PM.

Later, the Mayor will deliver remarks at the Community Board Holiday Reception at Gracie Mansion.
