Borko, N. Hornstein 96 Motions	Abel Cedeno	Charged with first-degree Manslaughter and additional charges. The defendant allegedly stabbed a classmate, Matthew McCree, in their school, causing his death.
Smith, M. Neary 70 Sentencing	Dwayne Smith	Pleaded guilty to Aggravated Cruelty to Animals on November 14, 2018. The defendant kicked a small dog across a Bronx sidewalk.
Hirsch, E. Newbauer 96 Appearance	Jonathan Davila	Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges in the stabbing death of Aljay Morgan. The incident happened on April 28, 2018.
Miller, K. Rodriguez 77 Appearance	Nakia Bent	Charged with second-degree Murder for allegedly stabbing and killing a 69-year-old woman in her home. The defendant also tried to burn down the victim’s home.
Borgstedt, A. Fabrizio 92 Sentencing	Unga Smith	Pleaded guilty to first-degree Rape on January 24, 2019. The defendant sexually assaulted a 64-year-old woman in her home on January 8, 2018.

Villaverde, M. Newbauer 96 Possible Disposition	Octavious Profit	Charged with first-degree Gang Assault and additional charges. The defendant, with others, allegedly beat a street vendor on May 2, 2017. The beating left the victim in a coma.
