The Avengers are the real-deal on the ‘strip’

Move over Drake. With the recent release of The Avengers: Endgame movie, it’s only right that the Marvel super hero crew set up shop in the entertainment capital of the world. Located at the Treasure Island Hotel on the Las Vegas strip, The Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is an interactive celebration of the 7-man squad [Iron Man, The Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Nick Fury] that includes exhibits showcasing all of the traditional costumes and accessories used in the recent series of movies.

The acronym of S.T.A.T.I.O.N. stands for science, training, tactical intelligence operative Network. The exhibition [which takes about 35-40 minutes to see/complete] replicates a training facility/laboratory, in which guests simulate the training process needed to become the newest member of the team.

Without giving away too much, some of the paraphernalia displayed is comprised of Captain America’s uniform anshield, Iron Man’s “Hulkbuster” suit and Thor’s mighty hammer, Mjolnir.

The Vegas Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is the only museum of its kind throughout the United States. But truth be told, the cost of admission is somewhat steep. Adult tickets are priced at $42, while children pay $32 each, which is just a friendly reminder that tourist attractions can be expensive. But outside of the price as being the only bummer of the voyage, you are destined to have fun assuming you do go.

The Bronx Chronicle suggests that The Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. is the perfect challenge for families to embark on together. It’s a great way to spend a weekend afternoon with your brood. The extensive collection of models are just so engaging, almost guaranteeing that you will go buck wild with your camera phone. Opting to drop by to say hello to the animated crew is a safe bet, that equates to a good decision made. Not to mention that this is a must do jamboree for all fans of Marvel comics.

Lastly, at the end of the tour, customers are provided with an opportunity to purchase some awesome comic memorabilia from the souvenir/gift shop. Visitors also have the option of bringing one of the Avengers [figures] home with them as a permanent décor for just a small fee of five figures and up. And although The Avengers may have reached the end-of-the-road on the movie screen, they’re just beginning their residency in ‘Sin City’.

The Bronx Chronicle gives The Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. pilgrimage a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

Tickets can be purchased online as well as the box office.
