Wednesday, June 12, 2019 ADA Judge Part # Status Defendant Name Case Details Oxenreiter, J. Neary 70 Decision Veantay Henry Emanuel Thomas Mariam Kande Charged with Attempted Murder, Robbery and additional charges related to carjackings in three boroughs that left victims injured. One of the defendants was also indicted for assaulting an NYPD Police Officer using a stolen vehicle. Birnbaum, D. Greenberg IDV Appearance Tyrone Crawley Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges. The defendant allegedly stabbed a 67-year-old woman, causing her death.
