As the reconstruction of North Pelham Parkway Westbound reaches Williamsbridge Road traffic nightmares are occurring. Pelham Parkway is backed up from Williamsbridge Road back almost to Eastchester Road, and Williamsbridge Road can be backed up for blocks when construction vehicles are moved in and around the construction area.
Pelham Parkway North is a tight two lanes westbound as the roadbed is being done. Williamsbridge Road is narrowed to two lanes northbound and one lane southbound through Pelham Parkway.
