Angela Tovar  Angela Tovar, former Ecology Team Co-Chair and Board Member of the Bronx River Alliance, has dedicated her life to environmental justice and community development and served in leadership roles at Sustainable South Bronx and THE POINT CDC from 2011 – 2020. She currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer for the City of Chicago.
