The buyer is a private investor, and local neighborhood operator. “The buyer is very optimistic in the Bronx and owns several other properties near this sub-market as well. This was a great deal for both the seller and buyer” said Binyamin Katz and Seth Glasser. The buyer was secured and represented by Binyamin Katz, Joe Koicim, Michael Fusco, Peter Von Der Ahe and Seth Glasser.
The asset is located at 160 West 231st Street. The property is walking distance to the 1 subway line and Metro North Station.
