Throggs Neck Volunteer Ambulance’s 35th Anniversary

Councilman James Vacca presented his annual $8,000 grant to Bill Heaney of the Throggs Neck Volunteer Ambulance Corps.   With the TNVA celebrating their 35th Anniversary,  Vacca also presented him with a City Council proclamation in honor of the occasion.
