Saturday morning Nov. 9, 2013, a terrible accident on the Hutchinson River Parkway occurs. There are two fatalities with very sever trauma. Sal Conforto reports that on site law enforcement advised that the fatalities include a decapitation.
Use alternate routes, the North and South bound Hutinson River Parkway is closed until further notice due to police activity.
