These included ensuring homes were safe for lead poisoned children, to promoting youth fitness and nutrition, to directing the city’s Day Camp Inspection and Window Fall Prevention programs. During his work with the Bronx District Public Health Office, he served as an advocate for bringing more farmers’ markets to the Bronx and supporting locally-grown food in community gardens.

“I’m proud to be joining the Bronx Chronicle family and hope to contribute to its success. I was enticed to write for them because they are making a sincere effort to cover news for the entire borough as one borough, and I look forward in being a part of this venture.”

On behalf of the Management and Staff of the Bronx Chronicle we look forward to your being a member of our family and we welcome you aboard.
