Free Word Workshop at Bronx Museum of the Arts in celebration of MLK Jr.Day

Tomorrow in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Bronx Volunteer Coalition is offering free word worship at the Bronx Museum of the Arts.   The Bronx Museum of the Arts is located at Grand Concourse and 165th St.

The event features a crossword puzzle workshop from Bronx puzzle-maker Kevin Dunn.  Kevin Dunn won the Project Enterprise’s 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year for his crossword puzzles that highlight African and African-American history.

Every young person who attends the event will leave with a book and a hand made arts and crafts project.  There will be Bronx volunteers to assist with the crafts projects and one volunteer will wear an animal mascot.

The Event is tomorrow on January 18th 2014 from 1 pm to 3pm at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. The event and admission to the museum is free .  To register for this great event for young adults and kids, please clink on this link – REGISTER.   You can register anytime till tomorrow before noon.
