“No, I am not satisfied with the response that was made,” said Georgia
Gov. Nathan Deal, who spoke about a plan of action to rectify
communications, logistics and funding problems that lead to a
snowstorm shutting down major highways out of Atlanta, making
commuting impossible and leaving thousands of stranded vehicles around
the state.
