The Albuquerque, NM Police Departmentis under fire as an officer shot and killed a man earlier this month for camping after he became enraged, and video footage taken from the helmet-mounted camera of the incident has gone viral.
James Boyd, a possilby schizophrenic homeless man, was shot by an Albequerque office on Sunday, March 16 and died last Monday after an hours-long standoff with the police who caught him illegally camping in the Sandi foothills.
