The Bronx Volunteer of the Year Awards will take place Thursday at Bronx Museum of the Arts from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Awards will be presented to outstanding volunteers and attendees will learn the inspiring stories of the people who uplift the borough. The Bronx Volunteer Coalition celebrates the best of The Bronx: the people who give their time to make their community a better place. Our membership-based coalition is composed of participating organizations from all over the Bronx leveraging resources and sharing best practices to help improve volunteer recruitment and retention, seeking to connect Bronx residents with opportunities to volunteer within their neighborhood.
