Jazz/Pop Vocalist Cody Childs performs a tribute to the music of Motown today at 2:30 p.m. at the Bronx Library Center’s Auditorium (Map and directions). This tribute includes historical notes on the origins of the Motown Company and biographical notes on many its legendary artists as well as a performance of such Motown classics as “My Girl”, “ Ain’t Too Proud To Beg”, “My Guy”, “Just My Imagination”, “Quicksand”, ”Where Did Our Love Go?”, “Sugar Pie Honey Bunch”, ”You Are The Sunshine of My Life”, “For Once In My Life” and many more.
