Eros & Psyche by Donna Spector,a new comedy, will be presented Saturday afternoon at the Bronx Library Center at 2:30 p.m  (Map and directions) The music is composed by James Barry, featuring Soaring from the Denishawn Bronx Library Center. Image via Facebookrepertoire.  Performed by the Xoregos Performing Company.  Eros (Cupid) accidentally falls in love with a  mortal (Psyche) whose beauty outshines his mother’s (Aphrodite/Venus).  Result: mother-in-law trouble. The play is peopled with many other characters from Greek and Roman mythology and beyond, including Cerberus, Queen of the Ants
