Last night’s BronxTalk focused on affordable housing in the Community Board 6 which covers Belmont, West Farms, Bathgate, Tremont.
The night’s guests were the Land Use Committee Chair and a special urban planning consultant from Columbia University. Both discussed the efforts being taken into developing the area as well as the benefits it would have in the area and the Bronx as a whole.
“It’s an important study of how good development can happen in the Bronx.”
Hosted by Gary Axelbank, BronxTalk will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a special program open to the public this Wednesday, October 22 at 8:00pm at the Andrew Freedman House.
