“I would like to thank all CERT volunteers who have not forgotten that they are their ‘brother’s keeper.’  They tirelessly give their time and dedication to those in need. Throughout the years CERT volunteers have given their support to our community during times of crisis by helping in numerous emergencies such as fires, building collapses, search & rescue operations and disaster medical operations,” said Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.
