To be considered, please bring the following:
New York State HHA certificate
Two Forms of ID
Recent full physical (Within 6 months) including PPD/Rubella/ Rubeola titers and Flu status (during flu season)
2 professional references
All applicants will be required to do a pre-employment background-check and drug screening.
