Chairman Crowley Statement on Immigrant Heritage Month
(Queens, NY) – House Democratic Caucus Chairman Joe Crowley (D-NY) issued the following statement in recognition of Immigrant Heritage Month:

Throughout the month, people in Queens, the Bronx, and across the country, will come together to honor the diversity of our nation’s past, present, and future. As the son and grandson of immigrants, I know America’s proud tradition of welcoming those who seek a better life, just like my family did, is what truly makes our country great. Here in Congress, I am committed to protecting this tradition and working with my colleagues to finally enact a comprehensive solution to our broken immigration system.”
