It was Friday afternoon at Billy’s by Yankee Stadium, the Yankees were playing the final game of the season in Texas, and it was a party for teachers of School Districts Seven and Nine here.
The party was to show those who teach the children that ‘Yes’, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. appreciates good teachers. It was also time to unwind after a long school week, and have a party with the Bronx BP.
