New York, NY–Transit riders, elected and labor leaders, and advocates will rally in favor of a State Senate plan to increase MTA support and against Governor Cuomo’s planned raids on dedicated funds, which could spark fare hikes and service cuts and undermine New Yorkers’ hardwon return to public transit.
