Wave Hill Events November 4-November 11

By early November, it’s high time for fall foliage in the gardens. See it for yourself on a Fall Foliage Walk on Nov 6 or a Public Garden High Walk on Nov 7. And if you’re looking to take another green step, deepen your connection to nature and your own body on a Forest Bathing Walk, with certified forest therapists Gerti Schoen, Nancy Kopans and Cindy Olsen. At this week’s Family Art Project, adults and kids can take inspiration from fallen leaves and transform them into creative art. In Glyndor Gallery, join a gallery greeter for a tour of the artwork created by Wave Hill’s exhibiting artists, while on Nov 6, you can meet Priscilla Aleman, one of the artists in the Sunroom Project Space, for a conversation about Aleman’s installation Origins of Devotion.
