May 22 LevelUp MD Event to Celebrate Community Access to Quality Health Care Services
Bronx, NY May 16, 2022: Elected officials, business leaders, and residents of The Hub are expected to
attend Grand Opening ceremonies for LevelUp MD’s seventh state-of-the-art walk-in clinic, located at
2865 Third Avenue in the Bronx. The festivities will take place on Sunday, May 22 from 4:00 – 5:00 PM and
will feature food, a DJ, give aways and more.
The event celebrates LevelUp’s next step in its ongoing mission to fill a void in underserved communities
by bringing the highest standard of healthcare services to area residents. LevelUp MD Urgent Care centers
are in-network with most insurances and accept Medicaid and Medicare.

features bi-lingual staff, lab services and EKG, and comfortably appointed waiting areas and exam rooms.
Patients can receive PCR and rapid antigen COVID testing, COVID therapeutics such as monoclonal
antibodies, COVID vaccines as well as immediate care for illnesses and injuries, cuts, sprains, strains and
fractures, and most other urgent conditions for patients of all ages. Additionally, LevelUp’s scope of nonurgent medical services include preventative medicine, vaccinations, sexual health screenings, preparticipation employment and sports physicals.
