Recently, the corner of Crosby and Coddington Avenues, was renamed honoring Joseph Oddo, a community advocate, civic leader and past president of the Pelham Bay Taxpayers & Civic Association. Sadly, Joe was taken from us too soon and his passing has left a tremendous void in our community. The renaming of the street was celebrated by Councilwoman Marjorie Velazquez, Assemblyman Mike Benedetto, former Councilman Mark Gjonaj and Michele Torrioni and Annie Boller of the Pelham Bay Taxpayers Association.
