New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and first lady Chirlane McCray are on vacation out of state.
12:30 p.m. – Congressman Adriano Espaillat leads the Grand Opening of the Great Fair in Upper Manhattan. Post Avenue between 207th Street and 10th Avenue, Manhattan.
3:00 p.m. – NYC Council Member Andy King will preside over theceremony as dozens of people will share memories of Ms. Hinds, who died May 24, 2016.to honor the memory of community activist Ms. Burmadine Hinds, at a  ceremony co-naming at the southwest corner of White Plains Road and East 228th Street in the Bronx.
