At 8 a.m., NYC Councilman Andy King will be attending the Clergy Coalition of the 47th NYPD Precinct Annual Prayer Breakfast, Eastwood Manor, 3371 Eastchester Rd., the Bronx.

At 11 a.m., Mayor Bill de Blasio will make an announcement about bike lanes, NYPD Tow Pound, Pier 76 at West 38th Street & 12th Avenue, New York City.

At 1:30 p.m., the City Council holds a stated meeting, Council Chambers, City Hall, Manhattan.

At 3:00 PM – First Lady Chirlane McCray will be in Washington D.C. to attend the US Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting, where she will meet with Mayors to discuss the Excellence in Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Expansion Act. Capital Hilton, Washington, D.C.

At Approximately 4:40 PM – Mayor Bill de Blasio will deliver remarks at the plenary session of the U.S. Conference of Mayors. Capital Hilton Hotel, Washington, D.C. 20036.

At 5 p.m., WBAI 99.5 FM’s “City Watch,” hosted by Celeste Katz and Jeff Simmons, features New York City public advocate candidates Manny Alicandro, Mike Zumbluskas and Jumaane Williams.
