The defendant allegedly stabbed a 62-year-old Bronx woman who was serving as his grandmother’s home health aide. Miller, K. Greenberg IDV Appearance Nelson Pena Charged with second-degree Murder. The defendant allegedly killed Maria Pena Martinez, his wife, in July 2018. Falasca, K. Greenberg IDV Appearance Robert Wuria Charged with second-degree Murder and first-degree Manslaughter. The defendant allegedly caused the death of his girlfriend on October 31, 2018. McCarty TRP Appearance Rafael Gonzalez Charged with second-degree Murder in the death of Adam Garcia. The incident happened in January 2016 in a McDonald’s parking lot. Imbo, S. Boyle T32 Sentencing Raheem Simon Found guilty of second-degree Murder on April 10, 2019. The defendant shot Jared Jones in 2012. Navia, J. Michael 77 Trial Raul Olmeda Charged with Rape in the third-degree, Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance and additional charges. The defendant, who was an NYPD cop at the time, allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl. Scaccia, C. — 75 Appearance Daira Santana Gonzalez Charged with first-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance and other charges. The defendant, along with others, had in her possession cocaine, fentanyl and heroin. Friday, June 7, 2019 ADA Judge Part # Status Defendant Name Case Details Villaverde, M. McCarty TRP Sentencing Octavious Profit Pleaded guilty to second-degree Gang Assault. The defendant, with others, beat a street vendor on May 2, 2017. The beating left the victim in a coma. Miller, K. Hornstein 96 Appearance Thomas Bowles Charged with second-degree Murder and additional charges in the murder of Jose Velez. The defendant allegedly shot the victim, causing his death, on June 19, 2018. Martin, M. — SCA Appearance Walter Rivera Charged with Attempted Murder in the second-degree and additional charges. The defendant allegedly stabbed an MTA employee multiple times on subway platform.
