If there was only one way to describe Morris Park and its surrounding communities it would be family. Morris Park being the close knit family that it is cannot help itself but turn out for its members. On Veterans Day Nov. 11, 2013 that is just what they did. The Morris Park Community came out and remembered all their Veterans. It did not matter whether they were young or not so young, whether it rained or did not rain, no, the day belonged to their Veterans and so out they came Sal Conforto, with his grand daughter Isabella Byrnes along with the rest of the Morris Park community.
